Swing-swing, creampowder!

Yesterday I went to the trial course of swing-dance. Just to relax a bit before the exam. What a great feeling. It is amazing how easy it is to concentrate on dancing. Just feel the music and enjoy. And follow the lead of course. :) All the other things that I worry about in everyday life were just gone. Nothing stressful or disturbing in my thoughts. If I could somehow be able to concentrate that hard and switch myself out from the surrounding world when I'm studying I could even get smart someday. Unfortunately it is quite impossible to be in relaxing state during the studying, and not to think about food, for example.

Hopefully I will get a place on the swing-dance course that starts in January. It is so popular, that they have to draw lots among all the people who have registered to the course. Bad thing is, that I never win in lottery. So, if there is such person as dance-god, then please let him be on my side tomorrow!!

Enother thing I enjoy, is the new house to where the math department just moved. My office is close to the Helpdesk, close to the lunchroom and has big windows, plus my roommate is nice. The house itself is at the center of campus and computers are fast. It is also possible to go to the cheap sandwhich shop at Kapellplatsen walking through other departments and not having to step outside for more than some meters only. What else could one want from perfect workplace!
New house is also full of surprises. It is easy to get lost and moving-guys have placed some things in non-logical places. For example, there are two boxes of tea in printing room and some funny guy covered the name "PRINTER51" with the sign that had "creampowder" written on it.
lpr -Pcreampowder ;)

So, in general, life is great. Just passed the measure theory exam. My navigation skills in new math department are getting better and better. Weather in Göteborg is back to normal winter: snow is gone, rain is back and my coat is wet-wet-wet. My nose is not running anymore and I have warm socks.

That's it for today.
