Woohooo! The first days of Olympic Games in Torino have already been really enjoyable. After seeing almost perfect figure skating from latest world champions yesterday evening, this morning began with extremely exciting race in cross-country skiing. Despite of bad luck in ski-change and not catching her drink, Kristina Šmigun showed tactically the best race on the track and our Kiku won the gold! Another woohooo to her! It was nice to see her being so happy. So, this morning was almost like watching Estonian TV. Nice to be almost home. :) Go, go Kiku!
Hopefully my favourite foreign skier, Evi Sachenbacher, will be back in game soon too. Keep the fingers crossed.
