Reporting from Denmark

In the afternoon we were taken to an excursion to Silkeborg and had a 2-hour boat trip on lakes at Silkeborg. Weather was sunny all day and I'm really impressed how well Danish take care of their landscape. Everything looks so clean and cosy, especially their simple, but beautiful gardens. I think I would really like to come here for a bike trip someday.

When arriving back to the hotel, happy and tired, we were thanked for not misbehaving during the trip. Especially one anonymous professor who has written the book "Statistical Analysis of Gene Expression Microarray Data", was thanked for not jumping into the lake, although he wanted to. In addition some Danish guys were thanked for complaining only once for not getting coffee after the dinner. Evening finished with a big applause (+ Brazil winning today's football match).
